Pine Valley Ranch

I’ve been apartment hunting for too long and from the minute I stepped foot into the office at Pine Valley Ranch I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces and helpful people. The property manager Amber (I think was her name) even brought me a coffee while I was chatting with Rachel, who does that! 😻 they answered all of my inane amount of questions and were so patient with me. I unfortunately didn’t income qualify for an apartment right now but I will certainly keep them in mind for future, their phase 2 apartments are insanely beautiful! They really set the bar high.

I really enjoyed my touring experience at Pine Valley!! Not only are the apartments are beautiful, updated, and well-manicured, but the experience with the stuff and others there really sold it for me! Kaitlyn Kennedy was my tour guide and she was so kind, professional, and informative. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend you these apartments to anybody.

My girlfriend and I have been renting a 2br2ba at Pine Valley Ranch for the last year. Overall, we've had a very positive experience with the Pine Valley team, property, and community. Pros: - great apartments. when we moved in our unit had brand new carpet and 2 accent walls. - leasing and maintenance staff. overall my communications with their team have been positive and solution-oriented. - great location. we moved here from the hectic Bay Area, and absolutely love the rural environment. The apartment complex is far enough from downtown to not have any homeless people nearby and we feel very safe. have not had any packages stolen (which is an impossible dream if you live in the Bay Area). - the maintenance team is very responsive and efficient. our fridge/freezer stopped working. the leasing office and maintenance team coordinated getting us a new fridge promptly. - neighbors are respectful and the soundproofing is great. have not heard any of my neighbors since moving in. - beautiful property during all seasons. the property is aesthetically pleasing year-round. Cons: - had an issue with the pet screening platform. after a few conversations, the leasing office was able to resolve the issue. - I've gotten sick after using the gym twice. this is more the resident's fault than the property - as people tend to not wipe down equipment after usage. to prevent this from happening again I've started wiping down the equipment prior to using. - during summer, kids are loud and play most of the day. our building is near one of the parks which is why we have to deal with it.

We’ve called Pine Valley Ranch home for going on 7 consecutive years. We love it here. We love the location being closer to nature- surrounded by trees and acreage, as well as close proximity (walking distance) to Albertsons, gas station, etc. We love the peace and quiet compared to other apartments. The community is very pet friendly and family friendly. Lots of amenities- dog park, playground, personal gardens, basketball court, pool, gym, movie theatre, hiking trails, bbq’s, etc. The staff has always been amazing, attentive and genuine. The property manager Amber is awesome, she’s been here longer than we have and has always tended to any issues we’ve had and been very professional and kind. Ben, who is the maintenance guy is also awesome, super personable, considerate, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Pine Valley.

I am in the market for an apartment and toured this complex recently. I was toured around by Kaitlyn Kennedy and she took the time to answer my multitude of questions with patience and professionalism. The apartments were modern and beautiful. The grounds were stunning and the dog park was a bonus. I found the on property gym to be a nice feature and the pool was clean and quiet. Definitely one of the nicest places I have seen yet.

We lived here for a year and we loved every minute. Finding a home when we moved to Spokane was proving to be difficult and we had been taken advantage of by one rental owner already. We called PVR and one of the leasing managers, Rachel Jarmen scooped us out of our rental hell and showed us how great it can actually be. She got us approved and into a unit within the week (the week of Christmas no less!) and the swift help never stopped once we moved in. Maintenance request were handled within a day, if not the day they were filed, and I never felt uncomfortable to go to her with the more stressful problems of life... she helped accommodate us every time. Whether it was a missing package or missing pet, Rachel treated everyone who lives at PVR as family, as does the rest of the team. I've never had the pleasure of working with such a lovely leasing manager in my life!!
